Retention, export and deletion
1. Different actions
Audio term, download, canceling renewal and deleting data are different actions. Automatic receipt confirmation does not promise that every copy has already been erased.
2. Audio and export periods
Print without extension: 2 years from actual delivery. Digital US$29 and the US$19 extension: 5 years from the first valid final approval (cover and interior). After expiry: 30 days of audio and 90 days of export, in parallel, with no automatic deletion. The 30 and 90 days do not add up to 120. After the 90-day window, online access may end; tax records and proof of consent may remain with restricted access.
3. What is kept
A local draft depends on the browser. Project content follows the service and your choices. Orders and tax records follow the legal period. Consents are kept as long as needed to show the authorized uses. Current backups, when on, rotate with the same provider for up to seven days, with restricted access. We do not keep the family archive only because a receipt must be stored.
4. Deletion requests and shutdown
You may export the available PDF, photos and recordings and request deletion of data you have authority over. Deletion is not confirmed as complete while required removals remain. Backup data may remain until the rotation cycle; if a restore happens, a valid deletion request is applied again. If the service shuts down, the plan is 30 days’ notice and export in that period. Brand language about memories is not a promise of an eternal platform.
