Recording, transcription and inclusion authorization

1. Who this authorization belongs to

This authorization belongs to the person recorded, or to a representative with shown authority, for the identified project. The record stores who authorized, in what capacity, which uses they chose, the date, the language and version F02. Paying for the book does not authorize on everyone’s behalf. Each choice is a separate tap and starts unchecked. In a memorial for a deceased mother, whoever sends an older recording confirms its source and permission to use it; that does not clone her voice.

2. Live calls and other people

United States package: before you record a conversation with someone else, everyone on the line must know and agree. In Florida that is required of all parties; in several other U.S. states too. Telling them afterwards does not fix an illegal recording. The live-call notice is its own tap.

3. Separate uses

Record: capture the voice in the identified session. Transcribe and prepare: convert the authorized audio into text, with human help and, when disclosed, AI, for review in the project. Include in the edition: reproduce authorized passages in the PDF and, if contracted, in the printed book. Offer audio by QR: host original excerpts of up to 30 seconds for the contracted term. Choosing one use does not select the others.

On the mother’s link there are two main taps: record (includes transcribe for review) and include in the book/QR. They are independent. Authorizing recording does not approve the final text, printing, the QR, advertising or voice imitation. An AI conversation, if it exists, is yet another tap, stays identified as artificial and is not the mother.

4. Withdrawal

You may withdraw authorizations on the same screen or through Help. Withdrawal stops new uses after it is processed. Copies already printed and files already downloaded cannot be pulled back automatically.
