Photograph and image authorization
1. Distinct rights
Having a copy of a photograph, appearing in it, being a relative or paying for the book does not prove every right. The photographer’s copyright and permission of people pictured are separate matters. State license limits before you send. The service does not identify faces with facial recognition; the family says who appears.
2. Use in the project
The send tap authorizes us to receive, store, make technical adjustments (resize, crop to the approved frame, color and resolution), lay out and print the photographs in the project and the contracted copies, and to provide the authorized digital copies. Changes that materially alter appearance need a new approval. It does not include ads, social posts, a blog, a public portfolio, a photo library, face replacement or model training.
3. Minors and withdrawal
Images of minors need necessity, best interests and proper permission from the responsible adult. Avoid unnecessary school, address, documents and routines. You may ask for removal through Help. Delivered books and files already downloaded cannot be recalled automatically.
